Koverage Insurance Group was founded in 2017 as a parent company and brand that combined the strengths of Michael DiLorenzo and Stephen Rak’s insurance agencies. In late 2017, Joseph Galiatsatos joined the organization and brought with him two decades of agency experience and knowledge managing multi-location agencies efficiently. The trio quickly realized they had a competitive advantage together and capitalized on their belief and commitment to client service, community, the independent agency system, and their dedication to ethics and values.

Continued growth and success.
In 2017 we acquired the Jarrett Agency of Enfield, CT and Carrier-Ripley Insurance of Glastonbury, CT. In January 2018, we brought on a strategic partner with Strathman-Winch Insurance of Cheshire, CT. Agency owners Mike Winch and Chris Parkhurst’s ethics, values, and dedication align with Koverage Insurance Group—exactly what we were looking for in a strategic partner. The addition of these locations, among many others, adds great value to the clients of Koverage Insurance Group.
