David Chessen, PT, DPT, OCS, MBA is the director of ACCESS PT’s Windsor Locks physical therapy location. Dr. Chessen is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, and completed an orthopedic residency at LSU-Health Sciences Center. He has extensive experience with general outpatient orthopaedic conditions such as spinal pain, as well as in working with athletes for injuries such as ACL tears and shoulder conditions.
