Lindsay has been in the Banking Industry for over 20 years, holding various positions in Retail Banking and Training. Most recently, Lindsay joined the East Granby, CT team as their Banking Center Assistant Manager. Prior to joining East Granby, she was the Senior Training Consultant with PeoplesBank, where she collaborated with all business areas to determine training and development needs and delivered skill-based training programs that prepared associates with the necessary skills to serve the needs of the bank.

Lindsay is a Banking professional with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, she has extensive background in Operations and in Direct/Indirect Lending.
She is an experienced Trainer who can handle difficult situations, complex groups dynamics and out of the box thinking.

Linsay holds an Associate degree Liberal Arts & Bachelor of Science 2006-2008

Lindsay believes it is important to promote the development of the communities we serve by providing the necessary resources that will stimulate economic growth. This will open the doors to partnerships and collaborations, leading to increased business development.
