Anna started her career working at the Marriott Marquis located in New York City where she was the senior director of Catering for 12 years. Anna has also worked for the Hyatt and Hilton branded hotels. When she is not at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, she also works for Holyoke Community College and the Culinary Institute of America teaching baking related classes. When Anna is not working, she enjoys Broadway plays, skiing, volunteering at the local fire company and extreme couponing. |
