Provides guidance and recommendations to sales staff related to pricing, policy and all other aspects of sales activities, reviews and approves any group, contract or special corporate negotiated rates. Drives customer loyalty to grow market share by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Analyzes sales and revenue management performance trends to identify demand opportunities. Monitors pricing and market activities to ensure strategies are in alignment with
competitive set and past performance to ensure revenue and budget goals are
consistently exceeded.


For the BRC to realize its mission and goals, it is important to foster a sense of community among businesses. By staying connected and creating programing that is accessible and truly beneficial to business of all sizes and functions BRC can help members achieve their goals. Regularly connecting directly with local business to gain a true understanding of what their goals are and how BRC can assist is important, in order to personalize offerings for our community members and address their specific needs.

Kimberly brings strong project management, event planning and event marketing skills to the Board of Directors. She has event and business development skills from positions spanning across industries and competencies that would is very beneficial to her activities on the board. She also has a creative side and apply that aspect of her personality to problem solving and planning, in order to see things in a more innovative light.
