Prior to joining Richard’s Employment Agency, Jessica gained valuable experience working within the logistics industry, providing her with a strong foundation in operations, coordination, and workforce management. This background allows her to approach staffing solutions with efficiency, care, and a deep understanding of client needs. In addition to her professional role, Jessica is proud to serve as the Secretary of the Bradley Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she is committed to supporting local businesses and strengthening community partnerships. Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mother of two wonderful men, an amazing daughter in-law and a loving “Meme” to two amazing boys. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Jessica values teamwork and collaboration and truly enjoys working alongside her colleagues, whom she describes as an incredible and dedicated team.
