His firm’s services include financial statement preparation and reporting, income and estate tax preparation, budgeting, forecasted and projected financial statements, commercial loan applications, business succession planning, buy/sell agreements, income and estate tax planning, assistance in tax audits, tax aspects of divorce, new business startup and registration, cash flow analysis, litigation support and other accounting services. David is also responsible for all of the firm’s information technology systems and equipment. David graduated from Bentley University in May of 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with highest honors. He was a founding member and the first Vice-President of the university’s Accounting Society. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Windsor Locks Lions Club (finance officer for 35 years), the Windsor Locks Lions Ambulance Corps (finance officer for 35 years), the Lions International District 23B Cabinet comprised of 58 individual town clubs (Finance and audit chairman for 29 years), the Bradley Regional Chamber of Commerce (treasurer for 13 years) and Nutmeg Senior Rides Inc. (Treasurer for 15 years). He has received many awards for his community service some of which include the Windsor Locks Citizen of the Year, a Melvin Jones Fellowship from Lions Clubs International Foundation, a Connecticut Knight of the Blind award from the Connecticut Lions Eye Research Foundation and an Ambassador of Sight award from the Lions Low Vision Centers of Connecticut. |
