After reviewing their long-term goal, budget and unique value, we develop a plan, implement the media buy and handle all the details. Media buying may include television (broadcast, cable and CTV or connected TV or OTT), radio, print, outdoor, and now digital.
This entails reviewing media vehicles, target markets reached, negotiating rates, ratings and added value, placing the buy, reviewing invoices, monitoring the ads, monitoring competition and position in the market. We work with a network of local providers, IE: graphic designers, video/tv ad producers, web developers, social media and digital ad experts, to ensure consistency of the overall brand message. Small businesses need to be strategic with their plan to compete with national advertisers. MAW will liaison with local media outlets to develop a plan that makes sense.

About Leslie Marques: Prior to starting MAW in 2013, Leslie worked with Mike Potyra, a recognized marketing expert and owner of Advertising Works, LLC. Mike mentored her until his passing in 2013. Before that, Leslie spent over five years at WFSB-TV3. That’s where she learned the impact of television advertising.
Leslie is a graduate of ECSU and has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She currently serves on the East Granby Economic Development Commission as Secretary/Treasurer and serves as President of the Bradley Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Leslie has been a resident of East Granby since 2005 and currently lives there.
