The President of Bradley Regional Chamber preside at all meetings of the Chamber and the Board of Directors, and perform all duties incident to this office. He/She shall, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, appoint all committees and he/she shall be an ex-offico member of all committees.

Vice President

The Vice President shall act in the absence of the President. In the absence of both the President and the Vice President, a member of the Board of Directors shall be chosen to act temporarily.

Secretary

The Secretary shall conduct the official correspondence, preserve all books, documents and communications, and maintain an accurate record of the proceedings of the Chamber and of the Board of Directors’ meetings.

Treasurer

The Treasurer shall receive and disburse the funds of the Chamber. No disbursements shall be made unless they shall have been authorized and ordered by the President, Vice President or Board of Directors. At each monthly Board meeting, the Treasurer shall make reports of the Chambers financial status to the Board of Directors. The Board, at its discretion, may require the Treasure to give an acceptable bond, in such sum as the Board may determine, for the faithful performance of their duties.

The Bradley Chamber of Commerce is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors elected annually at the Chamber Annual Meeting in December/January of each year by The Chamber’s general membership. Board Members represent the business and professional leadership of the community. As the governing body of The Chamber, the Board of Directors determines Chamber policy. Board Members commit to apply their influence, skills and best efforts to achieve and implement the mission of the Chamber.
